Word Pictures is proud of its long relationship with the service organizations of General Motors, which has made us intimately familiar with GM's and Delphi's advanced technology and features. Many times, we possess product knowledge prior to dealer availability. Our involvement with GM doesn't end there. We are also quite familiar with the aftermarket through our involvement with ACDelco and component manufacturing through Delphi Automotive Systems.
For DaimlerChrysler, we have produced many training materials for the manufacturing and service training divisions, as well as product and parts training through BBDO Detroit and DaimlerChrysler Studios.
The SAAB Corporation has had us create service training programs on video and interactive CD-ROM.
While most of our clients are automotive-related in one form or another, we enjoy the opportunity to work in other areas as well. For example, we also create the assembly instructions for Handy Home Products, a maker of prefabricated wood utility structures.
